Arvika-Eda Taxitransporter AB is responsible for the personal data that you as a customer provide to us in connection with making a complaint. The personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with the law and the Swedish Data Protection Authority's instructions. The purpose of processing the personal data is to be able to follow up on your complaint and improve our service. We save the information until the complaint case is closed. The personal data is then thinned out. By law, you as a customer have the right to receive information once a year free of charge about which data about you is being processed. Of course, you have the right to have incorrect or misleading information corrected.​
